Kalaloch Campground, Olympic National Park, WA
I believe all these next entries were written later - maybe a week after the actual dates, almost certainly some time after Karen and Christy had left the campground.
Tent got wet last night - can't figure out how. Sleeping bag is wet. I'm lucky - It's finally a partly sunny day. I'm drying almost everything out.
Made scrambled eggs for breakfast. They're good. My watch seems to be off by several hours. I just don't understand it.
I met with Phyllis again. I don't think I'll make it with her - not the type.
I went sightseeing again & picked up some groceries - still no mail.
Met two girls who wanted it but there were two of them. Two older men offered them a beer party. I told them to take them up. They did after a while.
It was sunny today. How unusual. The Volkswagen is nice and clean. Good. Finally got to build a fire. Also to dry everything out. There are lots of girls here again but most are too young.
